2009 Annual Report Company Announcement No. 345 Publication of 2009 Annual Report and invitation to investor conference Major key figures of the 2009 Annual Report (1 January-31 December 2009) • Revenue amounted to DKK 36,085 million. • Contribution margin came to DKK 8,898 million. • Operating profit before special items (EBITA) came to DKK 1,703 million. • Operating profit (EBIT) came to DKK 1,015 million. • Profit before tax amounted to DKK 460 million. • Profit for the period amounted to DKK 191 million. • DSV's share of the profit for the period amounted to DKK 185 million. • Diluted adjusted earnings per share of DKK 1 came to DKK 3.9. • Free cash flow adjusted for the acquisition of enterprises amounted to DKK 1,257 million. Group Management considers the results for the financial year ended 31 December 2009 satisfactory. The Supervisory Board proposes dividends of DKK 0.25 per share against dividends of DKK 0.00 per share in 2008. Revenue is expected to grow by 3-7% in 2010 relative to the revenue achieved in 2009, and operating profit before special items is expected to be in the range of DKK 1,900 million to DKK 2,100 million. The printed Annual Report is expected to be available in the week beginning 12 March 2010 at the latest.
