STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 270 Closing of the sale of Kornmarksvej 1, Brøndby by DSV Road A/S In stock exchange announcement No. 266, DSV published an agreement under which its subsidiary DSV Road A/S sells the property situated at Kornmarksvej 1, Brøndby, Denmark. The conditions of closing have now been met, and the transaction has been completed with effect as of today. The accounting profit from the sale amounts to about DKK 100 million, which is included in the expectations for 2007 announced in stock exchange announcement No. 266 of 31 October 2007.
