STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 297 Changes to the Supervisory and Executive Boards of DSV In connection with the election of members for the Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2008, Hans Peter Drisdal Hansen and Kaj Christiansen were re-elected to the Supervisory Board. In addition, the shareholders elected Kurt K. Larsen, CEO, as a member of the Supervisory Board with effect from 1 August 2008. Palle Flackeberg, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, announced at the Annual General Meeting that he will resign from the Supervisory Board when Kurt K. Larsen enters the Board.
