STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 337 Agreement with Ringsted Local Authority lapsed On 7 January 2008, DSV A/S concluded a conditional agreement with the Local Authority of Ringsted on the acquisition of a construction site for the new headquarters of DSV A/S on Zealand and accordingly a consolidation of various existing DSV locations. One of the conditions for the acquisition was that final and conclusive municipal and local plans for the area making the construction project possible had to be in place before 1 September 2009. We have noted that this condition has not been met because the local plan adopted by the Local Authority has been appealed and is now pending before the Nature Protection Board of Appeal. Due to the resulting uncertainty of our construction options, we have informed the Local Authority of Ringsted that we consider the 7 January 2008 Agreement lapsed. We still intend to consolidate all current activities on Zealand at one location for which reason we are now examining all options for proceeding with this matter.
