Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act it is hereby announced that BlackRock Inc. has informed DSV that BlackRock Inc. on 31 July 2019, has increased its holding of shares and other financial instruments with similar economic effect in DSV A/S to 18,623,537 shares, corresponding to 10.01% of the entire share capital and voting rights.
