PRESS RELEASE DSV Air & Sea Holding A/S acquires full ownership of DSV Air & Sea Pvt. Ltd., India. Today, DSV Air & Sea Holding A/S (a DSV Group company) purchased the remaining 28% of the shares in DSV Air & Sea Pvt. Ltd., which is now wholly owned. The acquisition has taken place as part of the efforts of the DSV Group to further strengthen its presence in India and thereby obtain an increased share of the growth in Asia and Oceania, where DSV is represented by its own companies in 14 countries and has more than 1,000 employees. The budgeted revenue of DSV Air & Sea Pvt. Ltd. for 2008 is DKK 140 million, and the company has 86 employees working at the four locations in India.
