DSV Air & Sea Holding A/S, a DSV Group company, has established a new company in New Zealand under the name of DSV Air & Sea Limited. Today, DSV Air & Sea Limited has concluded an agreement to acquire the activities of Leader Container Line International Limited, also known as JHB International Logistics. Leader Container Line International Limited used to be the partner of DSV in New Zealand. The parties have agreed not to publish the acquisition price. DSV Air & Sea Limited has a budgeted annual turnover of DKK 40 million and employs 14 people at its offices in Auckland. By the establishment of DSV Air & Sea Limited in New Zealand the coverage in Oceania has become even broader and thus complements the global network of DSV.
