DSV has signed an agreement on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Wasa Logistics.
Wasa Logistics specialises in project transports and is one of the market leaders in Finland within this segment. The acquisition will considerably strengthen DSVs project activities in Finland. Last year Wasa Logistics realised revenue of approximately 15 million EUR. Growth is expected in 2011.
The parties have agreed not to publish the acquisition price.
