(a DSV Group company) has acquired the remaining 60% of the shares in ABX LOGISTICS (Australia) Pty. Ltd., which is now wholly owned by the DSV Group. By combining the volumes of ABX LOGISTICS and DSV Air & Sea, Australia, DSV has increased its strength in this very interesting market. The combination of the expertise and management will bring DSV Air & Sea, Australia, to the next level and expand its strengths in many markets. The acquisition is part of the efforts of the DSV Group to further strengthen its presence in Australia and thereby obtain an increased share in the growth in Asia and Oceania, where DSV is represented by its own companies in 15 countries and has more than 2,300 employees. The revenue of ABX LOGISTICS (Australia) Pty. Ltd. for the financial year 1 July 2007 - 30 June 2008 was AUD 42,347 thousand (DKK 163,840 thousand), and EBITA was AUD 2,595 thousand (DKK 10,040 thousand). ABX LOGISTICS (Australia) Pty.
